You will be welcomed in what seems to be an independent little tower in the heart of Giulianova's “La Rocca” district. A unique neighborhood, where multifaceted cultures coexist. You will breathe the atmosphere of the classic popular life and the most authentic Abruzzo flavors.

The room intended for you, dear guest, is located on the first floor where there is also a small living room with kitchenette.
Modern induction stoves, a fireplace, a wood stove in which you can also cook are all found here.
The bathroom with shower, bidet and washbasin is also on the first floor.
La Dimora’s second floor has another living room with sofa bed and a shower on the terrace.

Take what you need: the fruits of our land are the best there is to nourish the body and also the spirit.
We also ask you to take care of our plants if you want, which embellish and make the house even more original.
La Dimora also has a tavern, the Bottega del Cont'Orto where there is an ancient loom, for guests' use. This is where we organize tastings of local products as well as those from our garden.
